Translator Chinese – Costs
Thanks to our transparent cost calculation method, our prices are always fixed for Chinese translations. When calculating the prices for specialist translations from German and/or English into Chinese, we start with the wordcount of the source text. For translations from Chinese, the costs are calculated using the number of Chinese characters.
Sworn Translator Chinese
Of course, our translation agency also offers sworn translations from Chinese into German and from German into Chinese. Sworn translations are produced by an Austrian court interpreter. This court interpreter confirms the exact correspondence between the translation and the original with a certification form, their signature and a seal. This does not include a revision by a second translator.
Chinese Interpreters Vienna – Costs
As an interpreting agency Connect Translations Austria also offers simultaneous and consecutive interpreting for Chinese. In addition to Chinese, our interpreters also work in German and English. The interpreting fee for our Chinese interpreters is calculated based on the duration of the job. We differentiate between half day rates (up to 4 hours) and full day rates (up to 8 hours). For each hour after that, the fee will be determined at an hourly rate. The interpreting fee includes the actual interpreting itself, and the thorough preparation for the interpreting assignment. For conference interpreting (booth interpreting) the interpreters always work in teams of two. This also applies for chuchotage (whispered interpreting), which is a special type of simultaneous interpretation. Of course, we don’t offer our interpreting services just in Vienna but also in Salzburg, Linz, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Graz, St. Pölten and Eisenstadt, as well as abroad.
